Circuit's dedication shone through as they meticulously coordinated the event, working alongside more than 15 diverse local vendors to curate an experience that not only celebrated the essence of Arlington, VA but also offered a genuine taste of Arlington, making this Grand Opening unlike any other. Grand Opening Event Overview
The Westmont Apartments' Grand Opening was held at the beautiful Westmont Apartments at 925 S Glebe Rd, Arlington, VA 22204. The event drew over 200 attendees, creating an atmosphere of surprises and positive energy.
The evening began with a warm and inviting atmosphere, where residents and guests gathered to connect and mingle.
The heart of the event unfolded in the lobby, where esteemed guests, including Steve Grigg, President and CEO of Republic Properties Co., Libby Garvey, Vice Chair of Arlington County Board, Delegate Alfonso H. Lopez, representing Virginia House of Delegates, District 49, State Senator Barbara A Favola, serving the Senate of Virginia, District 31, and Kim Klingler, Executive Director of Columbia Pike Partnership, shared their thoughts and perspectives.
As the sun set, the atmosphere transformed into one of pure celebration. The mix and mingle session allowed everyone to savor delicious food, crafted cocktails, and one another's company, embodying Livly's commitment to enhancing resident experiences in every detail.
Our esteemed partner vendors were pivotal in ensuring the event's success. Alphalit DC's marquee letters cast a captivating glow in the lobby, creating the perfect ambiance. Full Bloom Shop Florals adorned the space with breathtaking floral arrangements, adding an extra touch of elegance. The talented mixologists from Masters of Mixology skillfully crafted delightful cocktails at multiple bars, satisfying every palate. The Lost Dog Food Vendor offered various delectable options. At the same time, Chef Cordero of Taco Rock and Bronson BierHall delighted taste buds with their culinary creations. Mpanada Food Vendor, Jersey Mike's, and Five Guys tantalized taste buds with a diverse range of mouthwatering options. Ruthie's All Day presented delectable treats. DONISIMA Donuts showcased their sweet delights in the 2-bedroom model, leaving a lasting impression on our guests.
The Westmont Grand Opening, powered by Circuit, exceeded our expectations with an incredible turnout. It was an evening filled with warmth, inspiration, and celebration, all in line with our client, Gates Hudson's, main goal of creating a unique Grand Opening.
