Highlighting Livly's Favorite Resident Events of the Season: A Look Back

Holiday celebrations are a perfect way to bring residents together during Christmas, New Years, and every holiday in between, while helping residents to create lasting connections with one another. It's also a time to reflect on the year past, and to look toward the year ahead. At Livly and Circuit, we love coming together with residents in celebration of holidays. From Thanksgiving to New Year's Day and everything in between, we are proud to share our passion for community, resident engagement and friendship at some of Livly's events facilitated by Circuit that have been meaningful for residents.

In this recap, we dive into some of our favorite moments captured at various holiday and seasonal-themed events we facilitated at many of properties, providing opportunities for small businesses and local vendors and creating lasting impressions and positive memories for communities for time to come.

Amalta Broken Sound Winterwonderland

Residents with Amalta Broken Sound Apartments in Boca Raton, FL were able to experience a very festive winter wonderland social from the piano room and lounge of their building. Festive cocktails included a Berry Moscow Mule and Winter Margarita, while a dessert menu included everyone's favorite sweets ranging from cupcakes, to chocolate chip cookies, fudge brownies, assorted cheesecakes, and chocolate cake. We hope everyone brought their sweet tooth with them this evening!

La Vista Apartments Holiday Card Decorating Social

Residents from La Vista Apartments in Santa Maria, CA had a festive evening crafting special greetings ahead of the season in this Holiday Card Decorating Social. This family-friendly experience brought kids from all ages together for creative craft making, while helping the adults knock a few less Christmas cards off their lists! This event was rated 5/5 stars from the kiddos!

Wynwood 25 Healing Sound Bath Meditation

The holidays are wonderful, but there's little debate that it's also a stressful time of year. A great way to combat seasonal fatigue? A relaxation mediation! This Sound Bath Healing Meditation shared with residents of Wynwood 25 in Miami recently had a great turnout. The soothing percussions of various instruments at different frequencies is said to help with stress, fatigue, depression and anxiety, and even improve physical ailments.

Wimbledon Apartments Pup-Friendly Holiday Party

The residents of Wimbledon Apartments in NYC enjoyed a pup-friendly Holiday party, decked out with tasty apps, and DJ entertainment to help residents relax and get into the groove. We're not exactly sure what small bites were being served here, but they almost look too beautiful to eat!

63 Wall Holiday Soirée

The luxury apartments of 63 Wall in New York City recently dazzled their residents with a cheery Holiday Soirée featuring light bites, desserts, signature cocktails by Alchemiq bartending, and DJ entertainment. Furry friends were also welcome to attend this family-friendly and festive celebration! We can tell from all these smiles that all the residents had a memorable, exciting evening.

Noble on Newberry Fall Festival

Noble on Newberry in Gainesville, FL enjoyed a family-friendly Fall Festival facilitated by Circuit just ahead of the recent Thanksgiving holiday weekend! A donut & cider bar, and s'mores provided the perfect sweet-fix, and residents were able to walk away with festive souvenirs from pumpkin decorating and goodie bags for the kids.

Modera Edgewater Ugly Sweater Holiday Party

At Modera Edgewater Apartments of Miami, FL, residents were encouraged to wear their ugliest holiday sweaters and enjoy a holiday party with a DJ host, a pop-Up dessert bar serving two specialty cocktails, and rolled ice cream made onsite by Miami-N-Ice. We'd love to know which flavor of rolled ice cream turned out to be the most popular this evening!

Blu on Marina Blvd. Ugly Sweater Happy Hour

For Residents with Blu on Marina Blvd., an Ugly Sweater Contest and happy hour consisted of two holiday themed cocktails, live music from a pianist and singer, gourmet holiday Crumbl Cookies, holiday card decorating, and a raffle for the resident with the ugliest sweater!

Azure Holiday Card Decorating Social & Meal Raffle

A Holiday Card and Decorating Social & Meal Raffle was shared with the residents of Azure Apartments including donuts-to-go, family-friendly card decorating, and a raffle for meal kits provided to 2 lucky winners. While baby might not be thrilled about it, we can tell mom is excited to have one less grocery store visit to make during this busy holiday season!
