Brittany: At Circuit, we treat grand opening events as pivotal opportunities to showcase the community’s values and amenities. We tailor each grand opening to highlight the unique aspects of the property, ensuring a memorable introduction to prospective and new residents.
What types of activities or themes has Circuit found most successful for grand opening events?
Brittany: We work closely with the property teams and build off of their visions. We typically start each Grand Opening with a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony and have found most success building around the locality of the property by sourcing local vendors to really showcase and embody what it would be like to live in each community.
