Livly is excited to announce the launch of its newest feature, the Livly Resident Renewal Tool. The new Livly Renewal feature in the Resident App prompts residents to answer the key question: “Do you plan to renew your lease?”.
The benefit of this new complimentary tool is that it allows property managers, staff, and building owners to determine residents’ likelihood to renew their apartment lease well in advance of their lease expiration. The Livly Renewal Tool empowers property staff to reduce building turnover, lower vacancy rates, and increase overall resident satisfaction.
How It Works:
The Livly Renewer feature in the Resident App prompts residents to answer the question: “Do you plan to renew your lease?” when their lease comes up for renewal or in the months before lease expiration. The tool sets customizable survey dates to prompt residents about their renewal intent. Property managers and building owners can use the results from these surveys to make more data informed, personalized contact with their residents.
